How do I book my Service?

Click on the book a Service Tab and schedule your service online or alternatively you can contact us to discuss your booking. All Bookings need to be schedule before 4 pm the previous day. Before booking your service please  ensure you fill out the form for first time customers so we can make sure we can schedule your clean on the day and time you require. Select the payment tab Example:   Or design your own tab. or Maintenance  clean  at the bottom of the payment area.

 

 

Have the Service Professionals been Security Cleared?

All Service Professionals that work for Mrs Brown's Cleaning Service undergo a police check and are fully insured. Mrs Brown's cleaning Service want to keep their clients long term and for this reason take cleaning your home and providing service very serious to ensure that you are well looked after.

 

 

Do you supply the cleaning equipment and products?

We supply all the cleaning products and equipment, however if you would like us to use your personal cleaning products please advise on the booking form in the message area of the booking form.

 

 Do I need to be home when you clean?

Its what ever you feel comfortable with you can give the Service Professional a key/ lock box. We recommend the use of a lock box which can be purchased from Hardware store. You then supply us with a code to access your key from your property..Or you can wait until they arrive then go out or you can simply just stay home. We do recommend that you are home for your first service so we can discuss with any important needs. In General our cleaners work most efficiently when the house is empty of people and pets.

 

 

How do I pay for my service?

Pay securely online by going to the booking page we accept Visa , MasterCard and PayPal.

Alternatively you can select pay on the day and you can pay with Cash or Card on the day.

Payment is required before commencement of any service.

 

 

Why have the cleaners only cleaned around my valuables?

We recommend that before your service that you move all valuables off benches or cupboards. For efficiency and to avoid breakage we do not move your valuables or large appliances. We only wipe around them.

 

 

Cancellation of a cleaning service?

We understand that sometimes things happen which may result in you having to cancel or reschedule your cleaning service. We will do our best to reschedule your service  we do however ask you to provide us 24 HOURS NOTICE.

Please understand that the time and travel costs money if you do not provide us notice. Please refer to Cleaning Cancellation policy in the payment area.

We reserve time for your cleaning service please make time to cancel your service if you do not require it.
